Peak Nutrition Coaching, Meet Holly!

Hi! I’m Holly Sowko.

I’m thrilled to have joined the Peak Performance team, as a Precision Nutrition certified Coach and launching Peak Nutrition Coaching! I’m so excited to bring my passion for health and wellness to this incredible community.

As an avid runner, cyclist, and CrossFit enthusiast, I’ve spent years living and loving an active lifestyle. I love spending time with my husband, Mike, and our beloved dogs, and exploring! Whether I’m hitting the pavement for a long run, tackling a spicy CrossFit WOD, or taking on new adventures with my friends, I’m always looking for ways to challenge myself and grow.

These experiences, along with my nursing background and nutrition training, have given me a deep understanding of how to fuel the body for peak performance, and I can’t wait to share that knowledge with you.

At Peak Performance, we believe that optimal nutrition is the foundation of achieving athletic goals and living a vibrant, healthy life. My mission as your Nutrition Coach is to help you unlock your potential by fueling your body effectively and sustainably. Whether you’re an athlete striving for a new personal best, someone looking to boost your energy levels, or simply wanting to build a balanced diet, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

My approach to nutrition coaching is all about you. I believe in creating individualized plans that align with your unique goals, lifestyle, and preferences. Together, we’ll build habits that not only support your performance but also empower you to thrive in every aspect of your life.

I’m so excited to be part of the Peak Performance family and to work with such an amazing group of clients and athletes. Stay tuned for upcoming workshops, one-on-one coaching opportunities, and practical tips that I’ll be sharing as we kick off this journey together. Let’s fuel your body, reach your goals, and make incredible things happen!
